Ce mémoire, réalisé chez des patients acouphéniques, aide à mieux cerner ce symptôme complexe et d'étiologies multiples. Il oriente sur une prise en charge adaptée et efficace incluse dans une pluridisciplinarité.
L'étude porte sur huit patients présentant des étiologies diverses. Elle a été effectuée en deux séances d'ostéopathie. Les zones retrouvées le plus souvent en dysfonction sont, l'axe du tendon central, le système cranio-sacré et l'os temporal.
Suite au protocole de traitement, les acouphènes de quatre patients sont améliorés, un est guéri et pour un autre le bruit est très atténué et n'est plus gênant.
This thesis, which was carried out in patients suffering from tinnitus, will help to better understand this complex symptom with multiple etiologies. It argues for a multidisciplinary approach using efficient medical treatment adapted to each case.
The study concerns eight patients presenting various etiologies. It was carried out during two sessions of osteopathy. The areas most often found to be malfunctioning are the axis of the central tendon, the craniosacral system and the temporal bone.
Following a treatment protocol, the tinnitus in four patients was improved, one was cured and for another the noise has considerably diminished and no longer proves a problem. |
