Note générale :	Ce mémoire a pour but de démontrer l’efficacité de l’ostéopathie dans le suivi post-opératoire d’une ligamentoplastie de type D.T.4 du ligament croisé antérieur. Pour cela, deux groupes de patients nommés A et B ont été suivis. Le groupe A a permis de mettre en place un protocole de traitement à partir de tests ostéopathiques et de corrections effectuées dans des chronologies différentes. Ensuite, le protocole de traitement est appliqué au groupe B sur une période de deux à trois mois, période pendant laquelle on note l’évolution de la flexion /extension des patients. Après le suivi ostéopathique du groupe B, on s’est rendu compte que l’efficacité de l’ostéopathie sur le paramètre choisi comme référence (récupération de la flexion extension du genou opéré) n’est pas significative. En revanche, l’intérêt montré par les patients lors du suivi ostéopathique nous a permis d’avancer l’hypothèse selon laquelle le groupe médical serait plus efficace s’il incluait l’intervention d’un ostéopathe. SUMMARY The object of this thesis is to prove the efficiency of osteopathy in the post-operationnal follow-up of a type D.T.4 ligamentoplatie of the anterior crossed ligament. To do this, we observed two groups of patients called A and B. A treatment was given to group A, based on osteopathic tests and corrections done in different chronologies. Then, the treatment is administered to group B over a two to three month period, during which time we observe the evolution of the flexion-extension of the patients. After the osteopathic follow-up of group B, we note that the efficiency of osteopathy on the parameter chosen as a reference (recovery of the flexion-extension of the operated knee) is insignifiant. On the other hand, the interest shown by the patients dening the osteopathie follow-up allowed us to make the assumption that the medical group woud be more efficient if an osteopathic intervention were included.
