Celles-ci sont le crâne, la colonne vertébrale, le thorax, le membre supérieur et le bassin. En étudiant l'anatomie de ces liens et la physiologie articulaire de la scapula, nous pouvons déterminer la micro-mobilité ostéopathique de cet os. L'utilisation clinique de ce mouvement nous permet de trouver, parmi les éléments en relation avec la scapula,celui qui est le plus perturbateur pour le plan fascial postérieur. La progression du traitement, sa fin et son efficacité peuvet être détermines par le test de la micro-mobilité de la scapula. The scapula is connected by his numerous myofascial insertions to five regions of the body. Tey are the skull, the spine, the thorax, the upper limb and the pelvis. By studying the anatomy of these links and the articular physiology of the scapula, we can determine the oseopathic micro-motion of this bone. The clinical use of this movement permit us to find amongst the elements in relation with the scapula, which one is the ùost disturbing for the posterior fascial plan. The progress of the treatùent, his end and his efficiency can be determined by testing scapula's micro-motion.
