Nous nous sommes posés 4 questions devant cette nouvelle alternative : - Pourquoi les techniques de corrections tissulaires ont des résultats aléatoires sur les dysfonctions articulaires de sacrum en inflexion unilatérale ? - Pourquoi trouve-t-on des récidives à court terme malgré une correction articulaire de ces sacrums ? - Pourquoi y-a-t-il un nombre important de « sacrum en inflexion » sans traumatisme initial ? - Une adaptation fasciale du sacrum peut-elle perturber le fonctionnement articulaire de celui-ci jusqu’à ce qui présente une « image d’inflexion unilatérale » ? Puisque « seul les tissus savent », cette étude propose des tests tissulaires mis en évidence par Viola Frymann DO.FAAO et décrits par François Laurent DO.MROF. Pour une même « image d’inflexion unilatérale », ces tests permettent de différencier deux types de dysfonctions sacrées : une dysfonction tissulaire en « inclinaison latérale » adaptative et d’origine viscérale d’une part et une dysfonction articulaire en inflexion unilatérale d’autre part. « Trouvez et supprimez la cause, l’effet disparaîtra », à la vue des résultats de ces tests tissulaires, l’ostéopathe « chercheur » pourra choisir en connaissance de cause le protocole de traitement le mieux adapter à son patient.
