The purpose of this study is to place in a prominent position the efficacity of a
hepatovesicular treatment for women suffering from nausea and vomiting during the
first trimester of their pregnancy. The study was focussed on thirty patients, who had
been recommended by their gynaecologists. The patients were divided into two
groups : the first treated by osteopathy and the second a reference group who were
left without treatment. A protocol of tests was etablished and each patient belonging
to the group treated by osteopathy, received the adequate treatment according to her
â??lesionsâ?. The treatment comprised of two, two-week sessions. At the end we noticed
a favourable evolution in terms of nausea and vomiting for the patients treated by
osteopathy. The discussion will try to show how this result has been achieved.Langues : Français (fre) Catégories : Mémoire :AO Mots-clés : grossesse, premier trimestre, nausées,vomissements gravidiques, traitement hépato-vésiculaire,pregnancy,first trimester, nausea and vomiting, hepatovesicular
